BECOME A MEMBER OF WESTWOOD
We are a vibrant and caring community that welcomes all who seek God. We come together every week, knowing we are all broken people who seek love and grace. We then go out into our homes, schools and places of work to live out faith in our everyday lives.

Our new member classes are held twice a year. Each two-session class
includes information on our mission and ministries, what it means to be Lutheran, and -- most importantly -- our time together is a time for us to get to know you and for you to begin to develop relationships with each other.

New Member Class
in 2 Sessions

Session 1 - Wednesday, April 17, 2024, We begin the evening together with dinner in the Fireside Room (off the main Commons). Participants will pick up their meal at our free Community Meal (opens at 5 pm) and come eat in the Fireside Room. Class begins at 6:20 and ends at 8:00. - and -

Session 2 - Sunday, April 21, 2024, lunch is served during this second session, 12:00 to 1:30 pm in the Westwood Room (off the Commons).

Sunday morning, May 5, 2024, during 9 and 11 am worship,
New Members are officially received after completing the sessions.
Childcare? We can provide childcare: please indicate the name/s and age/s of each child to Office Manager Lisa Boers: L.Boers@westwood.church.
We ask participants to attend both classes, making them a scheduling priority.

Zoom link? We'd love to see everyone in person, however, if a Zoom link is needed, please contact L.Boers@westwood.church for arrangements.
